5 years ago I would have told you I slept great, because I thought I did, but I was never actually getting the best quality of sleep. I was in fact, slowing my ability to retain information and properly rest and recover because I was mouth breathing and snoring. Turns out, I had habit and anatomical reasons for snoring, and just by luck or destiny, I ended up in a professional field that now treats my exact issue. I am a trailblazer in my field, because I can no longer “NOT SEE” the red flags. I need to help people take control of their health, like I did with mine.
